WOOF: Furry Friends Friday - Cuddles Beats The Odds

Cuddles had just passed her first birthday when she was rescued after being brought into the Key Largo Humane Society with life-threatening mange. The sweet little dachshund is making a miraculous recovery mostly because of her rescue angel, Sandra Sanchez of Pembroke Pines, FL.

Cuddles was the August Calendar Girl on the Dachshund Rescue South Florida Blog! Here she is doing her best Audrey Hepburn impersonation.

Did you change her diet? Or was it just love and skin care that did the trick?

Katie, thanks for stopping by. If you'll contact the Daacshund Rescue Society in South Florida, they can tell you the steps that were taken. I know Cuddles had a long recovery process that included medication, diet and much, much love!
